A few common questions

You can start wherever you are.

I’m months away from moving. Can we still talk?

Yes. An early conversation can help you understand the process, think through timing, and decide what to do first. Call or email Patrick to share what you’re considering.

Can you help me buy and sell at the same time?

We can talk through both sides of the move and the timing considerations involved. The plan depends on your current home, financing, market conditions, and the terms of any contracts.

What does SRES® mean?

SRES® stands for Seniors Real Estate Specialist®. It is a real estate designation focused on serving older adults. Patrick can help you discuss real estate options and identify when other professionals should be involved.

Let’s talk

One question.
A clearer next step.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. Share what’s on your mind, and Patrick will help you think through what comes next.
